Does the tip calculator apply a local tipping custom?
No. It uses the bill and the tip percent you enter, then shows each share and any rounding remainder.
Do business days include public holidays?
No. Business days are Monday through Friday. Both endpoints count when they are weekdays. There is no holiday calendar.
